These terms govern your use of OpusPrime, operated by That Computer Guy (Ettalong Beach, NSW, Australia). By using OpusPrime, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

OpusPrime is an AI-powered business management platform. Eve and the AI agent team assist with business operations including communication analysis, task management, and operational coordination. The service is provided "as is" and is under active development.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use OpusPrime.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may connect additional accounts (Gmail, IMAP) to enable email analysis features.
You can disconnect accounts and request data deletion at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to access other users' data.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
Overload the service with automated requests beyond normal use.

4. AI-Generated Content

OpusPrime uses AI models to generate responses, analyse emails, and provide business recommendations. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI responses.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of OpusPrime is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Trial and Subscription

New accounts receive a trial period. Features and limitations during trial and paid plans may change as the service develops. We will notify you of material changes to pricing or features.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, That Computer Guy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of OpusPrime. The service is provided without warranty of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OpusPrime after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
