OpusPrime ("we", "our", "us") is operated by That Computer Guy (ABN holder, Ettalong Beach, NSW, Australia). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use OpusPrime at opusprimeos.com.

When you use OpusPrime, we may collect:

Account information: Your name and email address from your Google account when you sign in.
Business information: Details you share with Eve during conversations, including business name, services, clients, and operational data.
Conversation data: Text and voice transcripts from your sessions with Eve and other AI agents.
Email data: If you connect your Google account for email access, we read your Gmail messages to identify commitments, follow-ups, and action items. We access email subject lines, senders, recipients, dates, and message content.
Usage data: Token counts, request counts, voice session duration, and feature usage for service operation.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide the service: Power AI-assisted business management, including conversation, email analysis, commitment tracking, and task management.
Email analysis: Scan connected email accounts to detect promises, commitments, and follow-up items that require your attention. This data is processed by AI models and stored in your tenant-isolated database.
Improve the service: Understand usage patterns to fix bugs and improve features.
Account management: Manage your subscription, trial status, and connected accounts.

3. Google User Data

OpusPrime's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

We only request the Gmail permissions needed to provide email analysis features (gmail.readonly, gmail.modify).
We do not sell, share, or transfer your Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the service.
We do not use your Google user data for advertising.
Email data is processed by AI models (Google Vertex AI) solely to identify action items and commitments for your business.
You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the Settings panel, which revokes our access.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with tenant-level isolation. Each user's data is stored separately and cannot be accessed by other users.
Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication.
OAuth tokens for connected accounts are stored securely in your tenant-isolated database.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Our service runs on Google Cloud Run in the us-central1 region.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Conversation transcripts, commitment records, and connected account data are kept to provide continuity in your business management. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate OpusPrime:

Google Cloud Platform: Infrastructure, AI models (Vertex AI / Gemini), Firestore database, Cloud Run hosting.
Firebase: Authentication and user management.
Google APIs: Gmail access for email analysis (when you connect your account).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Disconnect connected accounts at any time (revoking our access to your email).
Withdraw consent by deleting your account.

8. Children's Privacy

OpusPrime is designed for business use and is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
